Sharing some news…
I will be traveling to the “land of smiles”…to the Buddhist Country of Thailand. I am in awe of being able to immerse myself in study, practice, and adventure in one of the ancient homelands of yoga, ayurveda, and thai bodywork.I will be boarding the plane on Feb. 10th which is my birthday and one of the reasons this trip is so symbolic for me… a rebirth, as I move through this transitional time after the sudden loss of my sweet Mother…a healing, as I find my footing again on soil so deeply grounded in that which inspires me…and I look forward to sharing it with you upon my return to classes March 21st.
All of my classes will continue and I so appreciate these beautiful ladies standing in for me…I’m sure you will enjoy their teachings.
Dragana: will teach Mon. and Wed. evenings at 5:30 and will also offer a Kundalini class at 6:40 on Wed. after the Flow class…a 2 for 1. She will also teach her Sat. morning 10 am class and Wed. Gentle/Therapeutic on Feb. 23rd.
Kathy Folsom: will teach Wed. 9:15 Gentle/Therapeutic as well as her Baby Boomer Yoga, Tues. at 5:00 p.m. and Thurs. Open Hatha at 9:00 a.m. She will also teach Wed. 5:30 Flow on March 16th
Barbara Hart: will teach the Friday Morning Flows at 9:15a.m. and Mon. 5:30 Open Hatha on March 14th.
Thank you much and hope to see you before my adventure.
Deepest Shanti,
Kim

Oh, Kim, I am SO happy that you went to Thailand. It is amazing that you had the wisdom to listen to your instincts and do all those little BIG things before you passed, like building your terrace, and taking AJ to surf the Pacific ocean. Most people wouldn’t dare take such risks without having all kinds of guarantees… but then again, you are not most people. I miss your sweet courage and your gentle voice. I’m still getting used to your body’s absence. What great travels you must be making now!
