Dragana Pavic-Zappia
Native of Serbia and Montenegro, Citizen of the Earth….
I have always been touched by studies of healing through energy movement. Having studied in Athens Greece where Dragana received her Reiki 1st degree in 1997, and became a certified Feng Shui Consultant in the New England School of Feng Shui in 2004.
Since birth Dragana has loved to dance, she has been seduced and and inspired by the Art of Yoga. Her yogic awakening truly began through evolving practice at Yoga Chandra Center with Kim Cech, Founder of Yoga Chandra Center. ”It birthed the hunger for yoga, like food nourishes the body”. Dragana writes, “I am honored to be able to share my own inspiration and experience of yoga, through sensations it brings to my own body”.
Studied and Certified White Belt from Nia Teachers Training with Black Belt Trainer Stephaney Robinson on Sullivan’s Island, SC. Nia has brought a new level of body, mind, spirit awakening and deepened my yoga practice and therefore experience. Nia teaches us to “Dance through Life”. Body, Mind, Spirit, Joy, Movement, Grace, Freedom, Awareness, Healing… breathe and feel yoga and Nia for me.
Living Sat Nam (the True Identity) awakened the Love for Kundalini Yoga and inspired Dragana to dive into deeper study of Kundalini Yoga, as thought by Yogi Bhajan, with Teacher’s Training with Pritpal Kaur Khalsa and Pritpal Singh Khalsa in Asheville, NC in 2010.
I am a fortunate Mom, Spouse, Friend, Sister, Daughter and a student forever….
“Always feel that what you are doing is the most beautiful thing, the prettiest dance, because you are dancing with the UNIVERSE”- Yogi Bhajan
Carol Morrissey
is an ANUSARA INSPIRED yoga instructor. Anusara means “flowing with Grace”. This yoga system is rooted in the Tantric philosophy of intrinsic goodness, is heart oriented and inspiring. Anusara yoga is an integrated style of hatha yoga that artistically blends the Universal Principles of Alignment with the essence of the human heart and spirit. A yoga practice is much more than mere technical instruction, at the heart of the practice there must be an attitude, an intention, that fills the practice with life. Anusara yoga teaches us to look for the good and beauty that we all hold.
Carol has more than 600 class room hours in the Anusara method and is fortunate to have completed in-depth studies, Immersion and Teacher Training with three gifted teachers in the Southeast; Kelly Gardner, Sarah Faircloth and Stacey Collins. She continues her studies with multiple teachers from the Anusara tradition including Teacher Training, Immersion, Advanced Intensive and Therapeutics with Anusara founder John Friend. Through the support and encouragement of her primary teachers Carol is stepping into the auspicious path toward full Anusara certification. Due to her special interest in therapeutics Carol is a great admirer and student of the comprehensive work of Doug Keller.
Carol’s classes weave the Universal Principles Of Alignment with relevant topics from our daily lives providing insight and inspiration. Classes are influenced by the flow of nature, gardens, philosophy, enchanting myths and the engaging writings of many teachers. Her extensive training and passion for therapeutics and biomechanic principles bring an expert level of skill to her teachings.
While a professed Anusara junkie, Carol believes there are many paths to the heart and it is her hope that we all rediscover the beauty that lies within. When we step onto our mats we are saying ‘yes’ to the full magical spectrum of life and inviting Grace to flow in our heart
In addition to her extensive yoga training Carol holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and a Master’s degree in Holistic Nutrition. Over the past several years Carol has expanded her nutritional background to include raw and living foods. She is delighted to be offering this knowledge to others in her Raw Food Lifestyle workshops and Tastings.

Charity Joshtri Holland
I have spent the past decade working as a healer in the field of therapeutic massage, studying various healing modalities. I came to yoga to heal myself, both physically and mentally and after many years of being a student , I felt compelled to go deeper into my practice (and my spirituality). I found a home with Yogaville and student of Swami Satchidanada. I became certified thru Holy Cow Yoga in Charleston, SC October 2011. Because of my background in therapeutic massage I naturally have found a love for therapeutic yoga, helping to fix problematic areas, strengthening muscle groups and releasing the breath. I received Yin Yoga certification at Asheville Yoga Center with Shala Worsley. Expect discussion, guided meditation, breathwork, chanting, and a lot of laughing in my class. I look forward to expanding my teaching and practice with all of my beautiful sisters at Yoga Chandra.
Our own true nature is Infinite Joy!
Always happy, Always peaceful, Always free.”
- Swami Satchidananda

Sabrina King Joye
I am a proud native of Beaufort, SC! I “officially” started my journey in the healing arts in 1999 when I enrolled in a Holistic school for massage therapy and energy work. I received 615 hours of training there in energy work and massage therapy. I also received all three Reiki attunements there, making me a Reiki Master Therapist and studied many modalities of Holistic Health Care such as, breathwork, kinesiology, reflexology, hypno-therapy, etc. These learnings changed my life! It is amazing how we can manifest our own illnesses, but we are also given the power to heal ourselves. Although my whole life I knew that yoga was something special that I wanted to know more about, it wasn’t until 2001 that I observed a class of Ashtanga the Primary Series that I knew I had found the practice I was looking for. After practicing this method strictly and routinely for a few years I began attending classes at Yoga Chandra with Kim Cech and still do! During my years of practice I have attended workshops with Ashtanga teachers Manju Jois, the son of K. Pattabhi Jois who was the Founder and Director of the Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute in Mysore, India, David Williams, and Doug Swenson. In addition to those I have attended workshops with Stephanie Keach, David Life, Seane Corn, Mark Blanchard, and Moses love. As you can see, the practice of yoga captured my full attention and more than that, my heart. In recent years I suffered some injuries that I knew only this practice could heal. I truly believe that the practice of yoga has the power to heal not only our bodies but our minds and souls as well. So, as soon as I was back on my feet I got back on my mat! Once again I had such amazing results I felt an eagerness to share this beautiful gift with others and promptly signed up to get my certification to teach. I received my 230 hour certification with Stephanie Keach out of Ashville, NC and am very much looking forward to sharing and continually learning about this amazing gift we call Yoga! “When you are inspired by some great purpose, some extraordinary project, all your thoughts break their bounds: Your mind transcends limitations, your consciousness expands in every direction and you find yourself in a new, great and wonderful world. Dormant forces, faculties and talents become alive, and you discover yourself to be a greater person by far than you ever dreamed yourself to be.” Patanjali
